★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Linking Road , Bandra shop for product repair (out of warranty). The Executive was very polite and courteous. However despite promise to contact me in two weeks time when the repair team was expected to visit the store, so that cost of repair could be communicated, there has been no contact of whatsoever nature from the store even after lapse of nearly three months. This is deplorable service from such an internationally reputed store!

But the quality of the products is great. After sales service is best in the world. You buy their products from anywhere in the world, they will provide service here. Staff are very good

But was really put off with the bad attitude of the Female Salesperson who was at the billing counter. She was condescending and had a chip on her shoulder. Such staff give the shopping experience such a bad vibe.
