If you ever think of buying anything, never come to this person. He has no ethics in his business. He will only use your money for months saying that your product is been started for manufacturing. And at last he will say sorry we are not able to make your product and take months again to refund the money back to you. Fake promises given. And will never pick up your calls.

I had sold a Laptop and a Television to Swastik Solar Systems... They made a payment of 80% and since the last 4 months I am chasing this person called " Rajveer" he works there i think to pay me my remaining 20% ... Instead of paying me back my money He tells me to do whatever I want and that he will not pay me back my money.... I will do what It takes to get my money back " I HAVE FILLED A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THESE CHEATERS"" PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CHEATERS AS ITS A SCAM.... ONCE THE WORK IS DONE THEY WILL FORGET ABOUT EVERY THING...

Very worst service they provide They make fake commitments everyday When we call Mr patil the owner of this company they always said "kal ho jayega" and he take nearly 3 months But he is never provided us our goods he make us totally mad please don't buy anything from hear if u don't want to be mad

Short version: Do not buy from them, they will attract you with cheap price but then increase it. Also they the worst customer service, my product was delivered after months after literally calling them everyday and they delivered the product in hands of a ST bus conductor! Basically this place is a scam! Long version: Do not buy from these people. Worst service. Let me give you some context, these guys call me up because I put up a requirement for 18650 Li Ion battery pack on INDIAMART(for a project, I'm an engineering student). A lady calls me up(btw do not trust whatever she says, you'll understand later) to provide me with an estimate, the estimate given to was pretty good and i was kinda happy so I call them back in few days to confirm about the price and then they send me another "performa invoice" with a little less price for the same specs, now I'm confused, happy and doubtful. I got busy for few days and i call them back to ask about the difference in price and ultimately place an order. So now the lady tells me to wait and she'll send a proper invoice with correct price, and then she sends me the same exact invoice she sent me twice before with an increase of Rs.1000 in price. I call them to ask "what the heck is going on, is this a joke?" .The lady says, " no sir, actually before there was an issue with the tax, we didn't add tax before, the accountant made a mistake...." . I cancelled my plan of buying a battery pack and decided to buy 18 pcs of cells( 2600 mah) which was cheaper than the battery pack but still not cheap and I ask her if the battery were samsung batteries, she said its not samsung but its just as good. I ask her if I order and pay now when will I get it, she said they'd dispatch in 2-3 days. SIDENOTE: they are from Pune and I live in Navi Mumbai. I wait 2-3 days they didn't deliver, i called them every single day after that, she always gave some reason and said that they'll disptch the next day, "sir wo problem ho gaya tha isliye nai bheja, kal pakka bhej denge". I paid them on feb 15, I called them every single day to ask about my order, I also spoke with the owner and he answers me rudely and says, " arre bhai, consignment aaya nai he isliye deliver nai kiya" and cuts the call. These people are the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL business ever ! They will practically scold you for annoying them by asking about the product YOU PAID for.After more than hundred calls the owner says, " the package has been dispatched by DTDC and they give us the dispatch detail a day after" so now I called every day for the dispatch detail. He was obviously lying that he dispatched it. I finally recieve my order after exactly 1 month, Pune is approx 3 hrs away from kharghar and I had to wait 1 month to recieve. Also, listen to this, they deliver my order from....drum rolls please....ST bus, they gave my batteries to some bus driver and I had to pay him 200 for delivery. These guys are SCAMSTERS , the battery they provided are not 2600mah capacity and it seems used and damaged,cheap. DON'T EVER BUY FROM HERE. I've had typhoid and chicken pox but the experience with Swastik Solar Systems was much worse than typhoid and pox combined. P.S. : the positive review you see here are from themselves, there's a good review from a guy Digvijay , well surprise surprise.. he's a part of this business.

The worst service, fake commitments, Unprofessional people, Product quality is worse than worst. No after sales service. I bought street lights, they has so many issues, no enough backup, worst assembly, street light stopped working within few days of installation. DON'T TRUST THEM AT ALL ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE AND WRITTEN BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES.

Beware! He is a fraud vendor. He took the entire advance from us, approx Rs. 2.0 Lacs and never delivered the batteries. His modus operandi is that he will ask for 100% advance payments to dispatch the items. Once you pay, he will not answer despite regular follow ups. And then he will say that there was a fire in his factory and all the items got destroyed, and hence will not be able to deliver at that point, and will deliver later. Months and months will pass and he would not deliver the batteries. I have officially lodged a police complaint against him with the local police station, and also an online complaint with Maharashtra Police. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
