★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchases a set of Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Within a quarter of year the stopped working. I went to microbyte computers for the service as I was told that it has a waranty of year. I was asked to visit iBall customer service center for replace of the device. Now iBall service center says to submit the keyboard and mouse and it will take 15 days to provide new one. Now how I am supposed to work for this 15 days, without an option to buy another mouse and keyboard. Very bad and inconvenient service.

Asked 2000 ₹ for a BIOS Update,whereas market rate of BIOS update is Max 800 ₹ .
Also they don't handle laptop with care AT ALL look the amount of scratches my laptop got.
