I will tell you how they loot their customers first of all they say pay this much amount and they say if you want bill you have to pay 18% GST and then after customer thinks without bill is ok and thats their smart move they Instai faulty Software & hardware and later on if their will be any loss they say we are not responsible for it

I ve given my laptop and pc for formatting along with the battery replacement and key board change.
Formatting not done properly as the old things which were there like printer settings, scanner, original softwares everything they pulled out.
Battery, replaced two times finally I had to fight with them for refund.
Key board : they replaced but that key board is also not working properly.
Pathetic service.....I wud have rated him 0 but there is no option for that.
