★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and worst customer experience. I had placed an export order with Sunny Vajir (Owner). He sent me poor quality products. I spoke to him for replacing the order to which he agreed. After returning the goods i kept waiting for the replacements but that did not happen. He is also not returning money and not replying to any calls and messages. I will not recommend this shop at all.

They have every thing from hindu wedding things needed 4 rituals like patla, coconut, supari case, kalash, etc. To gift and bride take away stuff like saree case, jewellery box, travel pouch, bengal box, undergarments case, etc. They also have rangoli, toran, bagbacks, all type of cases, shoe case, file case, small n large pouches and many other things.
The salesmanship is quite impressive as the person will have answers and solutions to all your questions and problems.
The price is very economic and as per the product quality. It shows in the amount of recurring and referential customer base they have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As i posted earlier professional courier from rajkot to assam, it is sent by swastik handicraft rajkot own by mr.sunny vajir. He told me damage occured in courier he will xchange so i got items back from client n i paid client refund through my pocket trusting sunny bhai. Now they are not replying for this...even my another orders they are not replying properly..speed post they gv me slip on 16th aug which showing dispatching on 24th n they always misguiding saying speed post ka server down hota n it will take 10 to 15 days...slip dene ke 10din baad dispatch hota? One more parcel he sent to tamilnadu by some gms courier which tracking is invalid..now he is saying me to write gms courier n he is not a courier man etc...in grp he mentioned they hv policy of same day dispatched...which he didnt do....he is saying i should find some other vendor...its fine but wat about my loss ?

Behavior of the employees is good. Even for custom orders we can meet the owner.
Parking is less due to heavy traffic in market.
They are wholesale dealer of these products in Rajkot.
