Worst hospital worst experience of my life my mother was hospitalized on 7th of may for stomach infection they took as many reports they can and for one week they where just trying to understand what is the cause of infection later one doctor says it might be cancer and the other one says its not cancer and on 12th of may the doctor says he is confused and unable to understand after checking all the reports please take her to TATA and they made a huge bill amount of 52,000 just for letting her stay in there hospital for a week , never gonna recommend this hospital after my horrible experience.

We had a worst experience with Swastik Hospital of Chembur. I ended up spending more than 75-80k for a minor fracture which didnt even recovered in more than 3 months till now. My mother had a sore foot we took her to the hospital because of the blood clot situation which was quite minor but they shifted her to the ICU by saying she is a paralysed patient and needed some extra kinda help and attention oh and, which by the way was never given to her she had sugar and despite of that she was given the food which was not recommended to her as per her diet but again even after paying so much we couldn't get any help and then they billed our amount as well for the extra day without even informing us and which we never stayed there . The staff is too bad here and rude. On top of this they don't have any facilities or machines available for the patient's tests so my mother was taken out of the hospital to do those which was waste because my mother was detected with a minor fracture and they couldn't sort it out they put plaster to her foot and asked to keep it for a month and gave some medications this was done by doctor Rajeev Patil who was useless and didn't know how to work and do this clearly because after a month we called him at home after several requests and paying double the amount of his fees he showed up at my place but he was clueless about my mom's case as expected and then he didn't really bother to even look at her foot and said oh she is recovering and she can walk in two weeks we couldn't really see much of a difference in my mom's foot except the swelling being reduced to a bit by a bit i meant by 15% of what it was and then Dr Rajeev asked to continue the same medicines for my mom for about a month and then to help her walk normal because yes she is paralysed but she could walk with the help of the stick and here paralyzes is 3 yr old issue. Now it's been more than a month my mother couldn't walk or even stand for that matter we were quite worried on this part hence decided to do another xray reports of her foot and we cleared the air for us by stating that there was recovery done in her bone it's still the same as it was 45 days back . After all of this we have decided to consult some other doctor because clearly team swastik doctor Rajeev and Dr Tiwari didn't help us a bit in our case and my money was gone into vain a huge amount for two days of hospitalization despite of us being not treated well . Pathetic people pathetic staff pathetic service please don't get trapped in . I wish I could take this to higher authorities of there can be any help but i am a working girl and i have 100 things to sort including taking care of my now bed ridden mother because the doctors were utterly useless at this hospital. But if there's any kinda action needed to be taken against them please please whom so ever is reading this review take this to higher authorities and help ! TIA

In swastik hospital Dr. Tejaswi kamble , Rajanshu tiwari and other all staff including reception people excellent way of speaking Guidense and care about patients very good I felt very Happy with this people and hospitality. I strongly recommend to my Friends n Relatives to this swastik hospital and research center chembur.

Excellant service by the staff. Nursing service was very good. Dr.Amit Shobhawat is one of the best doctor who had given excellant treatment and advice to my mother during her stay in the hospital

The new hospital team is good and smart in the approach wrt treatment and handling of patient. A very fresh team of doctors like Dr Amit Shobhavat who goes out of the way to ensure the patient is looked after appropriately. Previously the hospital did not have a good image but with this new team , things are changing, yes a bit on the costly for a nursing home, but if you get the services , then it’s worth it. Keep up the good work and Quality of services
