★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very thankful to Dr.Sneha Sathe madam, miss Urvi madam and entire Nova team(chembur). we are disabled couple and our age is also advanced.we came here in Nov 2021, in first attempt conceived.After 16yrs of marriage our dream is fullfilled ,we are able to achived the parenthood. Dr Sneha Sathe madam treated us. Dr sneha maam is cool and calm , very specific in her work, straight forward talk. Dr sneha maam's approch towords the pts is excellent.Dr. Sneha maam is "Unique". Dr sneha maam took great care of us. we will never forget u madam! Dr ,we can't express our emotions in words.Once again Thank u so much Dr! Miss Urvi madam is very coperative and kind hearted.she provided ,so much support throughout this journey.Thank u so much Urvi maam.Thank u so much sister's (chachi/supriya & all others) ,Abhijeet,Lab technicians,& all Desk staff &all others.All staff are sincere & coperative. Nova fertility centre chembur is one of the well equiped with advance technology centre and under one roof all facilities are available ,no need to go anywhere.Our best wishes to u all. The last few months have been quite stressful for us with frequent travels and then failed IVF in Nov 2021 I had lost my confidence but this time you made sure to understand us as best as you could and treat the best way possible, finally all your efforts have been a blessing as you have given me the happiness that will last lifelong :) My overall experience with NOVA has been extremely great, the entire team is very supportive and helpful. Special thanks to Urvi, Anushri, Harman and the sisters Sophia and Dhivya who looked after us, gave regular calls so that I don't miss out any medicine and the desk staff, lab technicians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited NOVA Chembur center in July 2020 on Dr. Prasad Mahadevan's recommendation. After all tests of both, doctor Richa suggested to go for IUI but after 3 IUI failure Dr. suggested to go for HYSTOCOPY. After hystoscopy Dr. suggested to go for IVF.
In Aug 2021 we've got positive results
Now my wife is pregnant. Thanks to Dr. Richa, entire team.
Centre is well equipped , all staff are so polite & cooperative, knowledgeable
I suggest if u can afford don't waste ur time bcoz as ladies age passes conception becomes difficult
ONCE AGAIN THANKS NOVA ENTIRE TEAM............

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The very first meet with Dr. Richa and the Nova Chembur facility staff was assuring and comforting. The medical treatment provided was transparent and effective. Right from the counselor, nursing staff and the treating doctor each one is caring and friendly.
Overall the entire experience was safe in terms of COVID precautions and extremely satisfying. Thank you Nova and all the staff members.

We had successfull infertility treatment experience with Nova ivf center (chembur). Nova is best ivf center in Mumbai. They have all good and soft spoken staffs all sisters are also very kind and helpful. Specially we want to thanks urvi mam and supriya sister they were very supportive to us.
Dr. Sneha Sathe is the best doctor in our opinion because of her efforts and support, today we have to say that our child will be Nova's gift for us.

About staff - - staff is very good All the nurses whenever we ask them given guidance and treat well.?
About hospital - - Very professional approach. Great team and facilities. They understand the patients and their circumstances very well and deal with a personalized touch. We were under Dr. Sneha and she was excellent from the very beginning. She explained everything that we might come across or actually did in every step of the entire process. We are having a successful pregnancy now. Very satisfied with Team-Nova's approach and the entire service. Thank you ???
