★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place. It's been 5 weeks of rope/belt therapy for my chronic cervical pain. 90% of pain reduced without medication and posture ailment corrected. Dr. Archana, Urmila madam and Sandeep sir provide personal attention and support to ensure asanas are done correctly. Focus on deep breathing helped in meditation too.

Very Professional, She has thorough knowledge about anatomy, She gives personal attention and see to it that we get perfect posture for asanas, Vinaya is passionate about yoga and she is consistent in passing it to all her students.

Her exercise routine at home also helped me to improve muscle strength. She is very friendly. She listens to your problem very patiently. Highly recommend !!

I was in the design industry which required me to sit for long hours at home during the pandemic and I seldom paid attention to my posture or health which aggravated the issue for over 4-5 months. With the help of Dr. Archana and Urmila ma'am, I was pain-free in almost a month, and I could resume all activities like before. A lot of personal attention was paid to my condition and the instructors made sure I was doing all my exercises correctly during my online as well as offline sessions. I would highly recommend this place to people going through similar conditions!
