★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero service. They are very punctual about their lunch hours and not even one staff member will come to attend you. Strange to see such kind of customer service in a private organisation. I had a small issue with the belt of my Swatch watch which I thought would be resolved by them being an authorised service centre. However, I was told that the entire belt will have to be replaced and also the watch may stop working as it had issues. I was also given a suggestion to purchase a new watch on which I would get 35% discount upon producing the bill of my old watch. I think these days I would easily find branded watches online at discounted prices. They only agreed to change the battery free of cost. Finally, I took my watch to a local shop who repaired the belt, adjusted the date without charging me a single penny. I wasted my time and energy by visiting this service centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Official service centre for all genuine Swiss made watches. First one has to wait in their sitting lounge for 10-15 mins for diagnostic check..
I got my Tissot's battery replaced within 30 mins, for serious repairs they get spares flown from Switzerland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice easy to find place on linking road just above the Birkenstock showroom. Prompt service and got my watch working quickly. Only needed to be demagnetised. If your automatic watch needs servicing though, expect to wait 4-6 weeks to get watch back
