★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My requests to all Parents to not to enrol with them at any cost except if you want to waste and throw your money,they totally cheat people with false promises, they take money very fast, dont provide invoices ,only sweet talks, you keep on trying after oaying them, please dont fall into their traps , best of luck who had already paid them for refund. I have shared my experience with the hope you all should not suffer like me, the management is not doing anything who have earned so much name in previous years, i dont know what management is doing now or they have lost control

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They claim to be the best but they are far away from reality. Their senior team like Mr. Prabhat and Ms Anju would quickly draw you to enroll immediately by over committing the services. The advisors appointed have no sense of what is to be done. Towards the end of the services, the tone of the management changes.
Enroll only if you want to have a bad experience and have money to waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are one of the most pathetic Matrimonial bureau I've taken service of. Websites like JS and Shaadi are doing a way better job at much lesser prices than these guys.
They have no sense of ownership for any potential alliance, no follow up and communication with the two parties, only exchanging phone numbers and that's all.
Their relationship managers and coordinators are immature, unprofessional girls appointed and having no sense of job responsibility. They only know how to send emails and make calls. This job requires mature and experienced folks who introduce people with each other and establish a communication and make every possible alliance reach to a conclusion.
