Took 1 hour just for Balnce Certificate. Worst service . The Main reason behind Migration of Syndicate Bank. Seems like soon they will collapse Canara Bank also . Closing My account and if you are thinking to open account in this bank please dont go for it and regret later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The passbook machine doesn't work all 7 days of the week. The employee who is given the job to update, takes her sweet time entertaining one person per 25-30 minutes. Also, overheard her yelling at some poor customer for taking up her time more than "necessary" And don't even get me started on the mask protocol. Most of the employees don't even cover properly.
