★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near about 2 decades ago, Dr. Anita Sethi had performed eye surgery on my parents. Last year, I had a performance during which a high power spotlight was aimed at my eyes, after which I started having vision problems. My right eye vision got more and more blurry as days went by so I decided to visit Padma Shree Dr. Grover who said that I was developing a cataract in my right eye and a surgery would be required to change the lens, I also visited Dr. Chaudhary from Eye 7 who said the same thing, though I still thought of having the surgery done by the doctor who operated on both my parent's eye, but unfortunately, I had forgotten her name. Being a US reaident I had to go to US again soon, so I decided that I'll get the surgery done there as I still had manageable sight even with slight blurry vision in the right eye.
While in US, I visited a famous eye doctor, Dr. Harry R. Koster; founder of New York Vision Group, who also suggested to get the surgery done soon since my cataract had grown bigger but in my mind I still was thinking back on the doctor who performed surgery on my parents, even though my right eye's vision had gotten a lot worse and the cataract was visible now, I had even almost decided to get the surgery done there in the US, but before that I decided to search all famous eye surgeons in India and saw Anita Sethi's picture and realized that she's the doctor I've been searching for and got in contact with her, fortunately she even remembered me. I returned to India and got an appointment with her and I was finally satisfied and decided on getting the surgery done by her. It's been a week since the surgery and everything is fine, it takes upto a month for full recovery and I can already read and see most things clearly and I feel my vision getting better with each day as my eye recovers from the surgery.
I'll update my review once my eye have fully recovered after a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Vinay is just another name for God for us.We visited him in year 2006. Despite the heights Visitech has achieved in last year's Doctor Sahab has become more and more compassionate, humble , sympathetic and last but not the least experienced. He took care of my father eyes from past 16 years and I am very grateful to him. May god bless him with more success health and happiness in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my lasik surgery done here from Dr. Vivek Pal and Dr Vinay. I am very happy with the surgery result. Both the doctors are very nice. I interacted with Dr Pal and got to know he is very polite person amd treats every patient nicely. Thanks to both the doctors as I got rid of spects after 20 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing experience at synergy eye care. My case was supervised by Dr. Mayank Bansal, who has been super helpful throughout my consultation. He makes you comfortable with your situation and let you understand the case. Very polite and soft spoken.
Also, the people and specially Mr. Deepak assisting me for the appointment with Dr. Bansal are great. They all were doing their best to make the consultation goes easy and hassle free for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review to 1 star. *Long waiting time during follow ups. Discrimination among new/non patients and old patients while, checking by staff and doctor*
Reason: At the time of initial check-up they treated us nicely. But at the time of follow-up after the surgery they made us wait very long before we could see a doctor.
People who came just a minute before were attended first.
This is truly discrimination, I don't deserve this kind of treatment. If they want a premium to treat us better than they should ask beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They should make the hospital management more systematic . Right now it is little chaotic and staff is usually talking amongst themselves. They should maintain a balance between client and the staff. For example when somebody comes to the reception they should ask what is the help required rather than we asking them for any query. This is a private clinic and I expect them to be a little better than the government hospital staff. Also while attending to the patient, doctor should give atleast 90 percent attention and not be on a call simultaneously. I mean No offence but this is honest feedback and should help you in improvising your clinic. Also please do not send a person to us to review you guys on Google when you guys are standing beside us. We feel pressurized and awkward. All the best !!
