Here is excellent work culture. If you work here, then you realize that this is not a company , this is like a family. The Seniors are very helpful and excellent persons. They always motivate their juniors and other colleges. There is no politics in the organization. If i talk about salaries and increments. Salary always credited in the first week of the month. They never delay the salaries of employees. Also, the company provide huge salaries and increments timely to their employees.
if we talk about company work areas, the company works in multiple industries like Information Technology, Telecom industries, health care, education sector, Security system etc. Speciously company works in Government sector. Company has crossed 42+ district in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
In my opinion, there is no competitor in the sector of Software Development. This is the best software company for Government Sector.
