★ ★ ★ ★ ★ #NotRecomended , Pathetic service, please avoid the place for quality service. Now a days their services are deteriorated due to lack of teamwork ,service quality & professionalism.
Maximum positive reviews are fake (manipulated) because she ( lady at counter no 1) asked for my personal mobile to write Google review by her own, which I simply denied, it seems maximum positive reviews are written by them by asking customer mobile.
1) She (lady at counter no 1 ) took one and half hour to give only the service estimate for replacement of motorola one fusion plus display ( intimation slip fill up and to reach the counter line by line took another 30 min) while enquire why it's taking too long to know the estimate, her replay she given my quary to someone and I have to wait till she receive the estimate from inside. Strange part she don't know follow up ( sign of poor teamwork) ( dated on 29th October 2021)
2)After getting final bill, I asked her why service charges are extra, as last time I've changed asus and motorola display from syscomp electra that time you didn't charge extra (for display replacement no inspection/service charges to pay). Same lady ( unprofessional) replied I've to ask someone of them seated inside, while told her why should I ask someone ? as you are at counter please ask them and let me know . Then she told my phone is serviced/cleaned all the parts that's why charged extra. Shown her the dust/lint particles are visible in charging slot/ speaker and questioned about service quality if phone is cleaned/services are done why the same happened (not able to check inside cleaning quality ).
She took my phone again and kept me waiting.
Finally received my phone with a screen protector fixed by syscomp electra for their poor service (screen protector also not compatible with the model , too much gaps are visible both edges pic attached)
Please stop asking customer mobile to write review by your own, Better improve your service quality / Professionalism & Team work, customer themself will give honest reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Representatives are very cooperative..issues with my boat headphone resolved quickly and got a replacement instant...Very good customer support services... satisfied with their service.. easy to locate.. located within 1km from barrackpore station.. office timings are 10am-6pm from Monday to Saturday...take a hardcopy of the invoice for online orders of boat products
