β β β β β Very poor service. The did a mistake while doing their job. I gave them my laptop to change the keypad. It was a back lit keypad. They changed the same but forgot to connect the light's connection. They delivered me the laptop and because of hurry, I forgot to check the laptop properly. Later I noticed that and opened the laptop by my self. I found the fault and rectified it.
I am not very happy with the service.

β β β β β The staff should be replaced immediately. They behaviour is not customer friendly. You can see most of the comments are regarding the poor behaviour by staff. Asus brand lost my respect.

β β β β β This is not a service center. They totally damaged my phone. Literally, they did nothing, and moreover they broke my phone and returned it to me. Never go there. Worst service I had ever visited. If they can't detect any issue in any phone, then why they are sitting over the counter. This is really ridiculous.

1.good verbal communication
2. They repaired my smartphone in just about 7to9days which is worth
3.they replaced my mother board and speaker which occurred from a short circuit.
Verdict if u are a Asus user..and yr phn is in under warranty just don't hesitate ...but they will not repeatedly repair yr smartphone....
Keep out of water they said it to me.it will not cover under warranty thank u

β β β β β Very pathetic service. Their behavior is rude. They should be polite to the customers. I went there because my asus mobile charger wasn't working and it was less than 6month that means it was under warranty. 1st of all they took 2hours just to check the charger if it was working or not. I mean what the hell if it's working why i would went there. I haven't seen anyone to visit who is happy or willing to visit service centre. Then when i asked the person why it was taking so much of time. She replied with a very harsh tone "this is the process and you have to follow". Which i didn't liked. Then after 2hour they verified ??and called me to tell "you charger is really damaged and we are going to replace it will take some time you have to wait". "okay how much time ?"i asked. She replied " 1week maybe". Leave about the time they are taking to replace an charger. The behavior of the girl there is really pathetic. She was behaving like as if she was doing an favor to me
