I wanted to transfer the gas cylinder registration to my mother's name, and the fellow on the computer made us wakt for 15mins. He was just chilling on his phone and didn't bother to attend. I actually didn't expect a smooth transaction anyways.
Moreover, who forcefully gives a gas pipe and cylinder stand upon transferring the name, and all this just to add to the cost
I'm not taking a new connection, just transferring a name.
There was nothing subtle about it as well.
