★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually give benefit of doubt to other person and avoid giving bad reviews. I can say only one thing about Karan and his father is that both are fraudsters. They don't know a thing about laptops and repairs. All they know is marketing and sugar coating things. They make you believe that the laptop is in a horrible condition and need a repair even if it doesn't.
My story-
I went with my Dell laptop there. The usual scene in the shop is Karan is convincing other customers, heaps of laptops are lying on the desk so that new customer believe that these guys are genuine and repairing lot of laptops. The truth is you even if you go there after 1-2 weeks or month, it will be the same old pile.
I showed them my laptop has a crack along the hinges and need to change the front cover. We agreed on the price of 4.5K. Karan was really sweet at that point and asked me to come next week. I went next week just to find that hinges were still broken, the front cover was replaced, however the work was sloppy, and the base of the laptop was not properly fitting. You could easily see a gap in which a pen could easily go inside.
When I asked Karan why the hinges are not repaired and the base of the laptop is not fitting. He told me that only original parts fit properly and the hinges won't be repaired because the laptop itself is broken. His father joined him and said convincingly and confidently to sell them my laptop and they will give me a good deal. They tried to convince me by telling that even the Dell manufacturers wont be able to repair it now.
Thankfully, I have a lot of engineer friends and they told me these father-son duo are defrauding you. The hinges can be repaired and the back has to fit properly. They told me Karan has broken the back cover and now he is not owning up the mistake.
For some reason, I took pictures of front and back before giving it for repair to Karan. Based on those pictures I caught them red handed fooling me. The very next day Karan agreed that he will get it repaired properly and give it to me. Within 24 hours, he repaired the hinges, and fitted the back part of the laptop properly. How on earth that can happen when both father and son claimed that the laptop is beyond repair and that I should sell it off to them?
If you love yourself and your laptop PLEASE don't go to them. They are the biggest scamsters. They will DESTROY your laptop. You will think they are simple and sweet people especially Karan, who is expert at fooling people rather than repairing laptops. They run highly unethical business practice. Both father and son had taken away my mental peace in those 15 days, I believe Karma will take care of them one day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have two bad experiences with these fake people's.
1) I have given my Lenovo laptop for repair. It is having some power issue. At the Time of giving laptop they told it will take 3k then after 2 days I get call and said it will take 4.5k. I told them to repair but after repair laptop starts only on adaptor they changed my working battery. then I go and asked that guy he is saying you have to replace battery which takes 3k more for duplicate lapcare battery. Lol ?. I replaced it on my own with original battery.
Very BAD service. JUST DONT GO THERE...
2) For my hp laptop I go and asked them what is problem with my laptop. they told my hard disk is faulty. I simply come out of shop and repaired my laptop on my own. Some software issue which is get resolved by reinstalling OS.
3) Also they won't give u bill. If you want bill then you have to pay GST(18%).
4) My suggestion is DONT GO THERE. There are many shops which provides genuine service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I seen many reviews, they might have different experience , but I really have good experience with System Point. My almost 10yrs old DELL laptop was facing problem to load window, I had replaced my hard disk with SSD ( 5yrs warranty), Fan, and battery (not original one) -it is working perfect since last 2-3 weeks. Not found any issue till date. Battery giving 3-4 hrs. backup after full charging which is good for me. There charges are reasonable and got laptop within 3-4 hrs. after submitting in them, I can say at least now I can use my laptop for next 2-3 yrs without any issue.
