The worst ever after sales .. have been having issues with my car since first 3 months of purchase and my car has been in their work station for more than 3 months in last 2 yrs after running only 14000kms the cars parts have been giving up. And the T&T motors has no support from the company for spare parts they take months to get them so the car gets stranded for days and months with no repair
After all of this instead of compensating they tell their not so valued customers to sell the car to them and bare big depreciation loss.
Am amused with their behaviour and audacity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercedes is the ONE .Love merc cars.You have better CUSTOMER SERVICES than AUDI,PORSCHE,VOLVO on the Golf course road,gurugram.Not every millionaire walks into a showroom in a LAMBORGHINI.I am 3rd generation owner and purchaser of MERCEDES AUTOMOBILES.I hardly visit india.But whenever i visited the welcome and other communication after leaving the showroom was healthy.THANKS FOR ALL THE AMG CARS,GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES.LOve you MERC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars to T&T Motors, Gurgaon. One of the best showrooms I have ever visited in my life. The staff is very interactive and are ready to answer your queries in the middle of anything. Unlike other luxury car brand showrooms I have visited where they don't allow you to sit in the car, but at T&T Motors, you can sit and experience the comfortable seats. Good hospitality also, you are served water, coffee/tea and some excellent cookies/biscuits. REALLY AN EXPERIENCE, WHICH I AM NEVER GOING TO FORGET. KEEP IT UP, T&T MOTORS, MAY YOU GET MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS. GOD BLESS.
