★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited Tafe Terrace Cafe with my friend and would like to say the ambience of restaurant is very good.
We visited restaurant around at 5PM and kept on ordering to see the night view of it. They turned on the lighting and projector around at 6:30PM and the view was amazing.
Now coming to the main point - FOOD?
We ordered :
1) Mast Kalandar? - refreshing and way of presentation was good
2) Red Velvet Milkshake ? - tasted like toffichoo chocolate (NOT RECOMMENDED - until you like starwberry)
3) Vietnamese summer roll, pineapple chilli lime (Sushi) ? - I tried sushi for the first time so I'm not aware how the taste of sushi actually is, but it didn't met my expectations. It was combination of sour, sweet, spice
4) Farmers choice pizza ? - It had lot of vegetables on it, the crust was also very thin considering less consumption of maida (RECOMMEND )
5) Coconut Boba tea ? - It was amazing.
Price is little expensive but worth visiting the place once(AT NIGHT ?)

Talking about food they're serving excellent fusion food.?
I tried Dum matka biryani & Mast kalandar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Terrace garden in Tafe for lunch in the afternoon. Quite an impressive setup. Variety of fusion menu with some interesting names of the items. Though most of the items we tasted were good, but the preparations were not authentic as they claim. They served some tava Roti without any shape and fooled us as Malabar paratha. When questioned the manager Simon, he was caught unaware and said, they used to get the frozen Malabar paratha with ID frozen stuff. But now they don’t do it. He replaced it with kulcha Paracha. The menu had an authentic Mangalorean Baji. The waiter claimed it’s 100% authentic recipe. But delivered was some mixed vegetables on any standard yellow gravy. Veg biryani was good and tasty. Few starters were good.
But the service was pathetic. There’s no communications beeen the staff, kitchen, the waiters and the guys who takes your order. In 15 minutes 3 times the waiters brought different food items to our table, set the plates and the cutlery. Next minute another set of waiters remove them and serve to different table. The guy who took the order, was not attentive and was talking to different staff and made us to repeat the items few times. This happened few times. They are not trained and it was visible they were raw had no experience.
We booked a table for 4 and requested Simon to reserve a good table in the good spot away from sunny since we are bringing a 95 years old lady for lunch. Simon promised to give us a right place. When we reached we just had one table under the sun ! Disappointment right at the start.
They have a long way to go if they continue to have such staff. And they should stop using the frozen packs snd call it as authentic food !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really beautiful ambiance, and great food. The state platter was great the soup was exceptional, even the Thai curry and fried rice was really good. In the desserts the rasmalai cake was really amazing. Over all a really great experience and will surely love to come back here again and experience more items from the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very elegant ambiance. Feels very comfortable. Staff and service is good. Food available is vegetarian only. Best Sushi i ever had. The have an open terrace dining area at 2nd floor. With live music. The singer has a magical voice.Must visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So Chembur finally got a beautiful open Terrace Cafe just near to Chembur Station. It is a beautiful place with good ambience. First floor is a place where you can listen to live music. If you want to enjoy a beautiful sunset, go for a terrace dining. Food is good, can be better. Drinks are mostly sold out by 4 PM. You won't get parking near this place so plan your visit accordingly.
Overall a good experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful terrace cafe in Chembur, with a vibrant ambiance and spacious seating arrangements.
I recommend to visit the cafe in the evening to enjoy the view better, escape the afternoon scorching heat and feel the breeze.
Also, the cafe only provides Veg Food items
Overall a good place to hangout with your friends, or to spend quality time with your family.
The food quality is good, the beverages are a little overpriced.
