★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you want to repay a part of your your loan they start trying to ignore or avoid their customers. When a bank does this there is no harm if they have customers like Vijay Malya or Nirav Modi.

Here is only one counter is available for customers service and hence I have to wait for 1 hour for my turn to enquiry and there is no proper response from the bank persons available.

Worst service ever i visited branch to close my account but the executive said me to reactivate my account i was charges consolidated amount of Rs 7500 + 1200 gst. I wasnt informed about this
I wouldn't have reactivated the account . Worst service ever. I have an account with hdfc & icici since last 7 years but never faced such issue.. Really bad service
