★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So to set expectations, let me make a few things clear. I have lived in Rajasthan for many years, love Rajasthani food, and also order food almost every day.
So when saw this restaurant, was absolutely delighted to order from them. my order consisted of:
Daal Baati chroma
Jaipur aloo pyaaz ki sabzi
Alan ki sabzi
lehsun ki chutney
Bajre ki roti (4 servings)
Rajasthani Raabdi
First, the sabzis had absolutely no taste. In fact, the Alan ki sabzi was like boiled water mixed with chillies.
Second, the quantities were so shockingly less that we had to cook at home to make sure everyone could get food. We're a family of 3. Please take a look at the images attached to see the quantities we got.
Third, the bajre ki rotis should have come with at least 4 pieces of jaggery (gur). They actually came with one tiny little piece. Please see the photo I've shared to see.
Fourth, which was literally the icing on the cake. The raabdi was made with SALT. Yes, you read that right. Salt. The. Dessert. was. salty.
I was so angry with all this, that I called the restaurant owner to complain. He started with saying 'this is not possible'. Next, he started telling me that the Raabdi which was listed in the deserts section is actually a beverage, and not a dessert. A beverage. Raabdi. Then he told me that this is how this dessert is made. ?
I was naturally quite upset with the horrible, disgusting food I'd received, and thanks to the point blank refusal to accept the feedback and complete lack of empathy from the restaurant owner. I got even more upset. Finally, realized there was no point in trying to speak with the owner and had to hang up. It's rare nowadays to get such horrible food, and even worse customer service. This time that's exactly what got.

Will go back? - Only if want to punish myself. Like you know, the villain from a Hindi movie wants to torture me type scenario.
Do recommend this place? - only to my enemies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rajasthani is my comfort food so naturally Taki was suggested by one of my friends. The food was definitely freshly prepared, taste was authentic.
I would suggest daal baati churma, ker sangri and gatte ki sabzi for sure.

Right from flavour to packaging everything was bang on. My guests were full of appreciation. Taki customised the welcome packets for us with a special message from our side to guests. It was worth an experience for all of us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food will flavors intact. I ordered Rajasthani cuisine and food was super sumptuous. Their Jaipuri Aloo pyaaj ki sabji and churma is must try. Packing was great and hygienic.
