★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rohita was very responsive and readily agreed to give me and my group of friends a chat on the importance of Mental Health. She explained the basic facts in an easy to understand manner and the tips she gave on how to listen with empathy or how to be aware of how/what we are feeling were great. I know whom to reach out to when I feel the need for a support group or counselling of any kind. Thank you, Dr. Rohita and TalkRemedies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For my first on site session at 12pm, I was made to wait for 45 mins. Second time I was 15 minutes late and still made to wait a half an hour. For the third session I was on time again; and again made to wait for half an hour. The final session I had with Rohita Ma’am, I was deliberately late by half an hour so I would have to wait much, and then I was told I was late and she couldn’t have a session with me.
When I pointed out the above facts, she blatantly told me “I can’t do anything about that, you’re the second priority.” Why was I made to wait every time and treated as a second priority?!
Furthermore, she promised a session of 1 hour but rushed through the session to see me off within a half an hour.
Thirdly, she never took me seriously as a client while I seriously needed help with a lot of stuff.
Fourthly, I always felt. Like she was judging me for the private stuff about my life and felt uncomfortable with me being there while I trusted her with private stuff about my life.
Fifthly , I was always told by her assistant that she would contact me for the next session but I rarely received any call or text from her. They took no initiative to contact me to set up a session. I’ve been waiting for her to contact me for almost 3 weeks now!
Lastly, she charges too much for a session. I know psychologists in a much bigger cities which charge less than her.

Dr. Rohita is very friendly, approachable, polite and listens to everything without any judgements and bias.
