★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service providers in town. Charges money for things that they can never provide. They do not receive calls and have no clue what client servicing is. Worst internet and cable provider in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad . I went to pay the bill on 18 may 2019 they asked me to come on 20 may as they dont have time. They would not even come home to collect the payment. Its not the 1st time it has happen earlier also.they dont provide all the free channel aslo do they respond to call.

AFTER 8 DAYS OF AMFAN INTERNET SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. NO ONE IS TAKING MY CALL. I PAY 1003/- EVERY MONTH FOR INTERNET. I WORK FROM HOME, THAT IS MY SOURCE OF INCOME. WHAT SHALL I DO? SO SO SO SO SO IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional rude lazy people. doesn't even know how to talk normally. If you face problem they will send some person after two days and that person will come and see whats the issue and will take other 2days to fix it. I absolutely don't recommend.

Basically their service is based on cable tv and internet. At first I faced a lot of problems but now they rectified themselves and providing very good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily communicate. You can directly go to their office. Very courteous. Apart from natural calamity, service is acceptable. But don't expect service during thunderstorm or heavy rain.

They dont know how to provide service and communicate with the customers. Although they are working in service industry but they dont know how to provide service, not even trying to understand proffesionalism. Not deserve a single star also.
