★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Tangles randomly and I'm so glad that I came here. Me and my sister had to get some hair work done. Basically for her it was colour correction and I had to get global and streaks done. Mr. Rakesh whose the manager gave us proper councelling and what colour and what technique we should go for. This is very rare as most of the parlours to make money will give you even wrong advice. But here all the employees are honest and really polite.
I also got my waxing done from Arti whose really professional and gave correct advice about what wax I should opt for. When you go to a parlour it's all about trust which I feel Tangles give you completely.
For me this is the best parlour in gurgaon around sector 49 as their services are exceptional and value for money.
I will be going for their yearly membership now.
My review is based on 2 visits but I will see how my experience goes further and will update it accordingly.
But for now i highly recommend this parlour ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to visit if you want to rejuvenate, relax or give your skin or hair a new look. Their spa and facial treatments are too good. Staff helps you in suggesting treatment as per skin type. Friendly and cordial staff. I recently got facial done by Aarti, she is too good.

Just imagine risking your life to be at a salon amid a pandemic just because you want to look good for your son’s first birthday but the salon management had planned to leave you after most of the guests arrived ??
Let me summarize the great milestones the management is achieving..
1. Discipline - I made it very clear so many times that I need to be ready on time to make sure I don’t miss anything on my son’s big day but despite my multiple attempts and reminders they kept me waiting before the stylist came to the salon
2. Time is everything- they made false promises to get me ready in 1.5 hrs just to win business and took almost 3 hrs for that and in the end I have to leave without final touchup
3. Supplies - they don’t even have basic products such as lipstick, eyelashes and nail paint .. they sent guys then and there to arrange eyelashes despite I have informed them in advance .. Just imagine getting ready at a salon and going to the event without nail paint ?
4. Behavior- When I got angry on them for such poor service they had the audacity to bribe me with little discount if I promise not to write the honest review about them. Apologies Tangles, i have to help the others who are thinking you could be their savior.. You keep your discount and I will keep my honesty
Though makeup and hair style was ok. But their management was very poor.
