To begin with, while they claim they have better designs compared to other jewelers, we almost bought a matte finished bangle for our daughter which upon looking closely we found scratches and metal fatigue marks on the matte finished part. And they continued justifying it with some story of their own, which makes absolutely no sense. Laughable was that they were trying to charge 20% making charges, which is absolutely ridiculous.
The other big irritating part was that because I used an international credit card, just my passport verification is not sufficient they actually wanted me to send a copy of my passport to their email address which I am not even sure is secure and not sure who has access to it. This is a big privacy issue and this process has to change. One should not have to share sensitive and private information to a stranger.
I went ahead and still finished shopping with them because I spent too much time already and wanted it to be done. But I am never again going back here. I always had such an experience with Tanishq but this time it is just one time too many and something had to be said.

And the staff Kamla mam in the store very humble and give good suggestion about the Tanishq monthly plan for the invest she also suggest good design as per the customer requirement. Store is located at a prime location easy to find it and proper safety regarding covid-19 taken. Planning to purchase jewellery gold platinum diamond the best place to visit.
