★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very bad in service as if they are only manufacturer of all the products and ols don't go for their offersbits just a drama to old stock they gave me a phone one plus 9 5g 8 gn and 128 gb for 48 k when pro aas for 52 k but its all sales thing when i asking to exchange they said 30 k for phone in just 8 days pls don't get fooled by them

I bought a air condition. On 28th April.
There is no installation regarding details so far, at all.
With Bajaj finance. ( WHICH GAVE ME VERY GOOD SERVICE. )
Mr. Alam who was sales agent, told me, that it it will installed next day.,
Ac delivered, But no single call came for installation,Or anything
On top of that . Vijay sales and alam , didn’t informed blue star about Ac being sold . And created the whole issue .didn't raised the token at all.
Worst worst worst service.
I called on Vijay sales customer care, called the agent personally. Not a single call came back . Not a single query raised. No one responded even for 1 %z after the money is paid.

Senior Sales person are Not worth working there , they were so Harsh with Customer's , They will be like what Features you asking this is Refrigerator etc. just tell us are you buying or not ? , even when there junior executive was attending us nicely he came in between and mess-up , I almost cancelled the purchase after seeing his Behavior with customer and there own co workers , even when purchase was done we told him to check what is mesg we have got he just replied sorry i have remove my Glasses so cant read seriously ,
Mr. Suryakant you are not worth to be a senior if you can't control your Attitude towards customer because of whom you get pay .
last and most the least after there commitment for delivery my product today they have failed and surprising that Brand like Vijay Sales doesn't have direct contact No , Customer has to waste his 15mins holding to a auto Mated call LOL
I would suggest think before going there they just Bother to sale there products rest is Your Choice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service. Staff behave like jokers. They make fun of Customers issues instead of providing solutions. They are selling defective products. Not ready to compensate.
They don't understand what customer service is.
I purchased new Phone, post that I have to run from pillar to post and being mentally tortured since than.
Highly unsatisfied,

Also in this competitive market with big online sellers they stand their ground and provide at par or sometimes better pricing than them. Overall a good shopping experience.

The staff were Not rude, just disinterested to close a deal, perhaps !Sales person was good & polite, rates are average,I went to see Refrigerator..... They received as very well. And explained me about each brands.And I always prefer Vijay sales Andheri West on Discounts and quality Best place for buying electronics. They'll recommend you good brands , best budget, and they explain every product with excellence. Good service .They shop is good to buy home appliances (if you get a good deal), the phone sales seems to be down here due to the online sales of phones the shops have very limited options unlike before. Laptops too seemed pricier compared to online
