★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Vaishali Nagar facility need to be more cordial, organised and transparent. Need to pay more attention to the customer delight. Their making charges are exorbitant which they generally do not disclose until asked. They were under staffed even during Diwali and the wait time was high. Overall, not very satisfied.

The collection that they carry is absolutely beautiful. The staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. The staff also tells you when is the best time to buy a certain product(since you get discounts from time to time), which makes the shopping experience even better. I highly recommend going to Tanishq, Vaishali for any jewellery purchases.
