★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No issues with the quality of the product or the service of the product but the staff behavior and shopping experience in the store is pathetic and B grade.
The harvest scheme should be second priority. The scheme was repeated to us without even listening to the actual reason of the visit. We did not even select the gift and the sales person starting engaging in different conversation.
Tanishq management should educate staff on behavior and focus on the actual business which is a Jewellery store and not talk like investment brokers.
Specially the lady agents and billing counter people are stupid and have no sense of behavior.
Dissapointed big time. No way close to a luxury store shopping experience. Worse than fish market

The sales staff is quite supportive and knowledgeable. I would like to mention the support and guidance provided by Lakshmi helped us make a better decision in terms of our investment and purchase.
Overall, the store comfortably lives up to the expectations and brand promise of Tanishq and can be recommended for a purchase.

Good collection that refreshes every 15 days or so.
Very courteous staff and hence have been regular here.
Shariff and his team especially Lakshmi helped us choose and select the right one that we had in mind.
Kudos to the entire team from the sales to billing for a seamless shopping experience as always.
Keep up the great work ??
Parking is a slight issue as it’s on the Main Street and not wheelchair friendly.

Recently there was an event “Bride of Bangalore” was part of that and represented from Hsr store. Special thanks to Firoj and Arati they made me feel like a celebrity. Thanks a lot for everything.
Hsr store is not a big store but the Collections they have it’s super amazing.I am sure if you enter the place you will have to buy for sure.
Regardless their Collections their hospitality is way above.They treat their costumers as their family members that attract me a lot.
I interact with few staffs they very cooperative and understand your requirements.
Arati is super cool lady I ever met.she is very polite and good understanding on jewellery.
Firoj such a amazing person I ever met.
I thank you all including your house keeping staffs.you guys are doing great job.
Can say Tanishq is place where you feel like it’s a home where you are buying your precious jewellery.
Their @rivvahcollecton I just loved it.diamond is super classy. @Mia is economical classy Collections.
