They do take lot of care of customers. This place also houses premium watches in upstairs which has a nice collection too and I Was assisted by Mr Balu

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was an ardent supporter of Tanishq for the past 4years. Today has been a very bad experience at Vizag showroom.. No one would come to assist me in the showroom even after waiting for 15 minutes I have seen the Service Personnel roaming around and also assisting two of the customers who have arrived at a later point of time than me I had to call the manager asking very curtly, is this the way to treat their customers? Tanishq has a brand and they should never try to depreciate it in whatever capability it can be. I hope they get a piece of advice or two from the higher management.
Coming to the products… none to complain. Satisfied as ever

I visited this place in the month of March and Ms.zaina has provided assistance in showing me various designs and I really appreciate her for overall service
Likely, they offer customized services as well and has beautiful bridal collection
A must visit place if you are looking for some unique designs in gold and diamond
