While I was there, there were other two ladies wanting to withdraw their expired husband's fund. The representative first understood their financial situation and made them understand how withdrawing partial amount is beneficial in the long run since their maturity benefits far exceeded the short term amount they would have received.
I liked the way they handled the case.
