Sridhar was very genuine and was always helpful in whatever queries we had, He even helped my brother in smooth formalities as per the covid protocol during the travel. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had made payments for the flights last year during pandemic thru them. They helped me in getting most of the refund from the airline. However they couldn’t return the money. But promised us to book any holiday once the lockdown is relaxed.
This year we went to Hampi and Badami Anagha who assisted us gave us great choices to choose from and made sure all the rooms and food was taken care of. She was very professional at the same time took time to empathise with my need as a parent. With the current requirement of new normal she made sure all the norms were in place for the bookings she did. She made our experience more comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to Travel Tours in all
