★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever.... Staff is not polite and very uncoperative as well. Pathetic experience. They didnt even call me at the boarding location and went to the next stop without even asking me once. I had to traveled to the next stop to get the bus. Even then they were unprofessional and failed to accept their mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. AC doesn't work. Stops throughout the journey. Stops at unnecessary places. Just like a city bus, stops at almost every place and takes passengers. So a 4 hour journey takes 6 hours. Should never travel in these buses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just because they charge less they cannot treat travellers in a poor manner . Better to use government buses than their AC buses. Shirdi to Pune took eight hours by their buses , drivers stop the buses in highways and just get down to go and pray without even informing to the passengers. Such rude behaviour . All the local kiosks prefer this travels because they get commission . Poor choice of hotel just because the driver gets food for free he makes others suffer . On the more they are late by almost 4 hours
