★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of the worst bus service, their bus broke down in ahmednagar and it took 4-5 hours to get a new bus and then the new bus failed again. It was supposed to be a 14-15 hrs journey we end up reaching our destination after 27 hours!!! -_-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. One day before journey date I booked a ticket in Humsafar through Maharashtra travels. On journey date, drive & conductor denied my ticket saying my booking was not done. I was having & shown my ticket.
Very bad experience. Nobody respond to calls. I had to adjust in other bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maharashtra Travels is horrible travels, their service sucks. They don’t have proper customer service and no concern or efforts for good customer satisfaction.
The bed sheets were dirty, full of dust. No proper care seems to be taken by travels to provide good service to customers. I have travelled by Purple Travels and for few hundred rupees more their service is absolutely fantastic. So, if you are planning to book travels ticket and reading my review, please check Purple or some other travels for peace of mind and better experience.
The staff on the bus did not even offer to put bags in the trunk. The staff on bus were getting any random people on board for some money and overbooking the bus.
The staff bus worker on boarded someone on one of our seats without even checking if the seat is booked or not. When we asked them their names and said that we will complain to management, the two guys called management and gave us the phone. They had no respect and no apology for the inconvenience they were causing the customers boarded the bus.
The two staff members on the bus were Gajanan and Anil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unless kind of drivers you have kept.... I have booked bus from Pune to Wardha on 11th June..... unless kind of staff and mainly bus driver we got.... if you don't want to run bus services , than plz dont do the same

At the time of Boarding they change my seat from front to back side lower without asking to me..
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLEASE DON'T TRAVEL WITH THIS BUS

HIGHLLY RECOMMEND NOT TO TRAVEL WITH THIS TRAVELS..
They charged me for AC bus...
Travelled me by non ac bus...
At the time of travel i complaint with driver and HO Pune for the same...
HO is totally unaware about AC is not working.. communication gap between driver n owner
After knew this not willing to refund AC charge....
I booked ticket for Nigadi... When bus reach to Pune sangamwadi.. driver said bus will not going to nigadi & will adjust u with other bus... Waste more tan 30 min...
