★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I request for home loan forecloser letter on 3 may but till not received. Very bad experiance from call centre staff and specially neha mhatre mam . I request all people's in India to do not take loan from Tata Capital finance. Their policy is not good. I request more and more time heartily do not go to Tata Capital .
Also requesting to owner of tata capital as we already go to your customer care service daily pl do not tell us to contact tham. Please give forecloser letter otherwise we stay at your office premises until it received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer care service by TATA capital. Struggling to reduce interest rate for existing home loan. Tried email but reply to email that they are closing querry. (without solving). Calling is paid service and holding for 20-30 minutes. No solution and return mail. In app customer care also of no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t consider taking loan from TATA capital bank. No customer care support available. Consider any other bank at your local area , again not Tata capital. Simply they don’t care! Once you post any comment publicly, u might receive a reply and there ends the matter. Twitter, gmail, google and even customer care they simply don’t work or do anything when u need any help!!

Duniya ki sabse thirdclass level ki financial institution hai ye. Don't approach to TATA capital for any kind of loan. Very very poor customer service. Better u do sucide but don't go with TATA Capital. One of the worst company in Tata group.
