I submitted my all documents still they not approved and wasted 2months.so my suggestion was not go with this bank and don't waste your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst team in vijayawada. They don't respond properly with customers and dont even tell us who is the manager. They told that manager went to camp and will simply say that servers are not working and for 2 days we stayed there only hoping that they will close our loan. Nxt day luckily we saw some complaint mail id and mailed them about the worst experience we faced to close our personal loan. Then some higher authorities responded and gave some class to this team.
Then only they started about asking our problem, till then no one responded properly.
Think thrice before taking loan and for closing you must not go to the bank.
