i am really fed up now with TATA wish to close my loan immediately. as the customer service level is ZERO in TATA. i am following from last 9 months for one request and last 3 months for another but no one is there to listen my request. they keep escalating the request and i am with bunch of request ID now without any resolution...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more than pathetic....they never revert on any of the mail communication...even if u send it in customer care......after taking the document....there is a big fake racket......people are taking Ur documents....and after few days you will get to know that your loan has been disbursed to someone else.....and now u have to prove that it's not you who took it...
