★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That's one of the few insurance company branch that's stands out of the world in terms of services and staff, they are very helpful and extend extra hand to sort the issues with any policy. The would tell and give you good personal advices. The manages and salespeople are helping. This is also the tele banking branch for Noida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This LIC office really tests Customer's patience. I visited this branch to make premium payments, but had a typical government office experience:
1) There were 4-5 customers waiting in queue, and the lady at the counter was busy talking on phone - laughing and enjoying the phone conversation, while customers on the counter waited..!!
After finishing her phone talks, when she started to take payment, she shouted (180 degree mood change..!!) - bring exact change, !!
So you need to have good amount of patience if you visit this branch of LIC.
2) I visited the customer zone, for some service related tasks. and that lady was also chatting with other lady in the office, doing the work very casually without any sincerity and carefulness. She repeatedly clicked here and there on the system, without waiting for the response to her clicks... while still busy chit-chatting with other lady, in parallel. After some minutes she made her software crash and directed me to other counter..!!
3) Last month I visited (that time also ,,, similar environment), I was handed over a receipt which was hardly readable. On asking for clearer printout, I was told, this is what is available. After sometime, I noticed they replaced the printer ribbon. Poor LIC - they don't have maintained printers to give readable receipts to the customers.
4) I asked for suggestion book, and I was told there is no suggestion book available. The person was probably Manager/Assistant Manager. (I didn't ask the name or designation - which would mean a fight..!)
5) There is no name plate. So you would never know whom you are talking to. And its not very comfortable thing to ask someone's name in office(which essentially happens only in very unpleasant scenario).
....... had a very bad experience So be aware.
