★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the replacement of the rear door of my altroz car which was completely damaged . They replaced the door which was included in insurance claim BUT THE QUALITY OF THE DOOR WAS NOT GOOD .IT WAS LIKE THIN SHEET DOOR DIFFERENT FROM OTHER THREE DOORS . Moreover they took 20 days for the replacement. And the behavior was pathetic too . They should learn to treat their customers and atleast value the benchmark set by tata motors .
I went there after seeing the reviews .I don't understand how you guys got 3.9. Even the bike /cycle mechanic at the corner of my street knows how to be polite ,value customer's time and provide quality work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of any Tata Service Centre. Before service my car was perfectly fine with not a single issue but after servicing my Tata Nexon's battery died, seatbelt alert disabled, Coolant pipe was damaged and all the coolant was emptied, even washing was not done properly and they charged 10,000 Rs for all this damages. Don't go to this Service Centre ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service centre. Their staff is rude. You call dem they will not come in d reception. Extremely pathetic service they r offering. We have lunch time we will not entertain at dis point of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service, Tata has sold a lot of cars in past one year due to which this place is always crowded. Dealer needs to get a bigger place with properly designed framework else this place will become more messy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel that they lack transperency in the work they do. They have to take on serivce bookings for way more load than they can handle which increases the wait time too much. Imagine they do all first and second service checks in the washing line queue and the washing itself taking more than 5 hours to complete. You feel being ignored and not looked after by even buying a premium car from their stable. More efficient ways to manage the service centre is desired.

I left my car for regular periodic paid service, my car was working perfectly fine. Next day received call from service advisor that my car's radiator fan is not working and need replacement which cost me around Rs 10,000. I said my car was perfectly fine but still I paid total 17,000 for this service including 10,000 of radiator fan which was damaged because of their mishandling.
After that my car is having too much vibrations and dieseling (engine running even after ignition is off). I purchased obd2 device to scan my car and I found that either thermostat is open or coolant sensor is not working properly. All these problems arose because of bad replacement of radiator fan. Overall I gave my car for regular service and they destroyed my car. In last 5 years this service center looted me a lot because of my ignorance. I doubt if they change anything in your car, oil, coolant, gear oil etc they just bill you huge amount without doing anything. NEVER LEFT YOUR CAR AT THEIR SERVICE STATION. ALWAYS BE PRESENT AND GET SERVICE DONE IN YOUR PRESENCE. THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service standard & quality is upto the mark, however, you got to invest as good as 5-6 hours to get the vehicle ready. Went there for 1st Free service & it took almost the whole day! No doubt Tata is emerging as the largest seller in India. The staff members are very cooperative & you get refreshments (tea/coffee) on regular intervals. Guest waiting area is quite decent with all the comfort & a smart LED installed. Huge washing area for cars & separate vacuuming & polishing area. The staff is technically sound too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge service centre of Tata Motors. Gave my car here for 1st service. The driver picked up my car timely and I went here to get it back. Was really surprised looking at the size and scale of this SC. There were atleast a 100 cars there. Customer waiting lounge was comfortable and staff was very polite. When I went to check upon my vehicle, 4 people were working on it very dedicatedly. It made me happy! The service was done perfectly. Totally recommended.
