later the next my car is making so much sound and a new car haven't drive it anywhere else but in plain area it shouldn't make all these sounds worst service ever

Staff was really good and supportive.
They should work on improving the washing of car,as i could see washing wasn't done properly,there were cloth strokes visible on the windshield.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost Service. On website the number provided, i called her. and she said right now I am in a class. U will call me after half an hour. Means Serioulsy, being a customer he/she should respond me well but on the contrary she said call me after half an hour. Wrost Experience. If the person is not available specially at 9 to 5 pm., thenm replace the number with other one who can talk to customer.

Service advisor Mr.Sajan didn't listen to my chief complaint of fuel pump issue which is common in Tiago 2016-17 models. In hilly areas, my car was stopping all of a sudden not taking acceleration and pick up. I was stuck in a dangerous scenario where you are overtaking vehicles uphill and suddenly you loose power entirely.
Instead, he cleaned Throttle body, changed spark plugs which wasn't required.
Later, I faced same issue on my way back to himachal pradesh and had to stop every 20-30 metres because car was loosing power due to fuel pump issue.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE HERE. LOOKS LIKE STAFF AND SERVICE ADVISORS LACK BASIC SENSE ALONG WITH PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT AND EXPERIENCE.
