★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carried out Servicing of tata altroz, very poor quality, got dent while Road testing by workshop driver, not shared a photo, kept vehicle for 5 days, when received car found two more scratches.
Very poor quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You go there for one problem and you will come back with another. Have taken my Safari for brake issue, they repaired it, but later my horn and AC was not working. Again took for repair, and when they released the car, I observed oil leak which was never there before. And on questioning the service advisor, he simply said, "Oh, I didn't notice that". They keep the car for 7 days standing at one place and can't notice oil leak, how naive. Also, the pick up & drop service is outsourced, which they don't tell beforehand they will charge for.
Overall, a very bad experience as such! Seems like they repair one issue and create another one so that you keep going to them and fill their pockets with your hard earned money!! Not recommended at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure if all Tata motors service centres are terrible at providing what they're meant to, 'service' ; or this place is an exception.
There are places with uncooperative staff and then there's this place.
Because of the experiences I've endured at Puneet motors, that I'm going to reconsider buying a car of 'Tata' make again.
The company should understand that it's not enough to make great cars, you also need to develop a culture amongst executives at service centers who genuinely care about the customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Tata Passenger Cars service center in Mumbai area. It used to be Concorde Tata Motors which was a subsidiary of Tata Motors itself. So, the service standards are high and service quality is also really good.
The one thing I didn't like is the waiting time to get an appointment. I called on Wednesday to get my car serviced but they had only got appointment for Sunday. And being Sunday, when I went there, there were less staff and it took time for getting my car inside to even start the service. However, the service was done really quickly after it went inside and I was actually surprised it was done before time than what I had expected.
A few things I would recommend to Puneet Motors is to expedite this appointment system to accommodate more cars. This I believe is only possible if they restart with 2 shifts of staff from 8 am to 8pm atleast.
Many car companies have now even started 24/7 car service centres, so Tata needs to improve the service aspect of the business too!

The AC wasn't working and a nice explanation note was there for it .
Complimentary coffee was offered which was quite good.
Spare parts are all around to touch and feel and for a car junkie like me i quite liked it .
Also one can move behind and take a look at the workshop..( not sure if that's legally allowed though)
Prompt service advisor attends to you ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aervice center is located in Worli. My experience was average. Not too good neither bad. The place has good structured way of operating. The waiting place is quite decent so you can wait. The attendant was polite. However i felt i should have been given more briefing about what extra options I had except just washing the car and checking the electronics of the car. Waiting time is a little longer but that's the story with all service centers. I felt that they should have explained me that i need to opt for polish and coating separately.
