GM Kartick Ghosh is also having holistic control of all operations across the service zone. People staying around Howrah, Shibpur, Kasundia zone should try to visit this service center who owns Tata cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Service, Swift and Prompt. Probably the best TATA service centre in Kolkata and Howrah.... Extremely satisfied with their behaviour and service... Specially SA Debasish and Prashanjit solved a long pending issue in my Car ( Nexon) which was pending since my purchase of this car and other TATA service centres couldn't help resolve the problem..... Would highly recommend TC Motors to everyone I know having TATA cars.....

1.Location.
2. Behavior of staff as well as GM is fantastic.
Cons:
1.Lack of knowledge.
2. Lack of professionalism.
3. Every problem is normal for them, they can't fix.
4. They just call your vehicle to achieve there target and do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No value of time of customers here. We wasted nearly 7 hours here for a major service which was not the case when we did our servicing in Chennai service centers. Also they took payment basis estimate bill and then wash unable to provide the invoice for which we waited 1.5 hours for the inefficiency and knowledge gap of the front office employees.
