★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to watch the Kolkata skyline from, especially at night. Be there for the Ganga Aarti that starts at 6.30pm and be part of an immersive and moving experience.
Dip into some age-old tradition of honouring the Ganga with devotional music performed in a darbaar-style.
For those coming from Kolkata, a ferry from Babughat is the best of all options of conveyance.

Totally amazing experience I reach home sometimes even faster than my car when I use this ferry service its totally amazing. A journey from the city full of dust and haste to the arms of the Ganges into nature and then back to the haste on the other side thats it. Its really nice and amazing experience to travel through the ferry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last few years the ganges aarti has been really must visit place. One can get the share boat between babughat and ramkrishna put ghat. Charges are rs 6.00 per head. About the timing must check with the wbtc team. During covid they have changed the sailing time.
One can spend a good quality time in the jetty. Must try the jhal muri during the journey.
