★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay slightly slower than expectation. I have availed their service twice, both the time it took more than 1 week to fix the car.
Location is too much interior than main roads. Also the road conditions is too bad for driving, it is like after serviceing or some fix when coming back you can cause major problem to your car again.

They are stealing the parts from cars and replacing them with similar weaker and old parts.
Do not keep your car with them.
You will probably not find the real time expenditure breakups in the Tata Motors service app.
They will efficiently do add on billlng for jobs that had never been done in your car.
Pros.
They have qualified advisor's who can diagonose the exact problem in your car very quickly and correctly.
They can replace good parts of your car with zero evidenece.
Managers are very polite. They will do whatever they can to provide you with discounts,as much as they can. You will never get to know where you have already compensated against that so called discount.

Rajarhut, bablatala, near pragatisangha club, niranjan pally, kolkata. Drive easily.
Free Wi-Fi. Good behavior all staff's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did first service for my new tata car. Previously was a maruti owner. Workshop quality, sevice advisor's behaviour were good. Service also not bad. But what I disliked they are not professional enough to keep commitment of car delivery time. I went after 2.5hrs of my actual delivery time, still they didn't complete the work and took additional 2hrs. Nobody even bothered to give me any update that delivery will be delayed.
While coming out, cleaning boy to gatekeeper everybody was wanting tips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a issue of coolant leakage in my Tata safari and secondly the engine check light used to be on intermittently. The cooling system repair was done however I feel they changed the parts which weren’t required. I am a mechanical engineer and do understand the technical aspects but when I asked them the reason for changing so many parts the service manager Budhadeb didn’t even bother to respond to my queries. Secondly the check engine light issue was never fixed. I am sure never to take my car for service at TC motors again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service center for TATA vehicles. You should call before vist and book appointment. Staff members were following proper covid protocols. Visit with spare time as due to rush it may take time to service. No pushing of additional value add.
