We had visited wasan motors kandivali west recently and our service advisory Mr Manoj was busy attending calls from other customer on his mobile even when we were waiting at his desk Later on when we told him we need car servicing. He started with asking us to replace Timing belt with is Rs 15000 as per him and needs to be changed in all tata Diesel cars every 3 yrs or 1lac km Also for each and everything he gave use different labour charge estimate. The labour charge were more than the actual service he planned to do for our car. Also we asked him to check the noise near the front. Without checking he told suspension issue and gave an estimate for part as Rs5500 and labour as Rs 3200 Total bill was rs 18k we refused to take the service. So he started saying that the other service centre that we usual visit in Dhule is not even well equipped. I mean why to bad mouth about other service center. Totally disappointed. Waste of time

Worst tata service centre in Mumbai they are cheaters and will loot your hard earned money when I went for my service of tata nexon (diesal) they they gave me an estimation of 18 thousand rupee . They are asking labour charge for every little things even after the paid services charge of 2200 they charge more as labour work the service assistance Manoj was speaking on call the whole time to different customer while asking me about my car and I had made prior appointment with the service centre scammers. Note they gonna loot as much money as they can the service assistance Manoj was badmouthing about different service center of tata which is located els where and that's not professional of him they assume that the suspension of the car needed to be changed even before checking the car and he said that all the tata nexon suspension gets broken in about 2 year so low quality I assume and gave me an estimation of 3500 as labour charge just to check don't go here save your money they are spoiling the tata brand I would rate 0 state if it was an option

The Service Advisor forgot to inform me that the battery was weak. Before giving the car for servicing, the battery seemed OK. Car stopped in the middle of the highway after leaving from the service centre. While giving the car for service, I asked for the car to be washed inside and out, the car was surely cleaner, but didnt look like it was washed. They were spraying cleaning solution under the bonnet, on the battery at the time of delivery to make it look clean. I honestly dont even know if they serviced the car. I wouldn't visit this place again for sure. Update... I have written to your email address as commented by you below, but have received no acknowledgement. I am assuming that email is accessed by the owner himself.

Extremely pathetic service. It is a standard 2 nd free service yet these guys screwed up basic work. None of the issues reported were resolved and they are expecting me to travel again and agin to service center. My service adviser was Mr.Atul and he had not resolved any issue in the car. Issues only increased post service.

Visited the showroom for 1st servicing of my Tigor Icng, with lot of doubts considering the amount of bad reviews. I had booked a service through TMSC app and after reaching there, receptionist informed no such booking was available in their records. Fortunately I had booking confirmation on my email so they asked me to wait for sometime and service advisor was made available in 20mins. Overall good experience. Pankaj shukla spent enough time explaining and discussing the issues we faced. Would appreciate if similar experience is given in future as well. One of the customer created huge rucuss at the service station yelling at the manager and staff over some safety concerns and that was going on for quite some time till the time we were present. Hope to never have to get such experience wherein yelling and shouting at staff would be the last resort for them to take required actions.

Good service as long as you are paying for it. Any free service (which is given by Tata during initial years) is done with minimal effort and care. If you are paying for it, I got what I paid. They try to add unnecessary things but you just need to aware of it. Overall decent experience but go in if you know what you want to get done just don't accept what they say.

Terrible and incompetent Service. Breakdowns in vehicle after immediate servicing. Issues and concerns raised not addressed but irrelevant service performed and charged. This is pertaining to the servicing done on my vehicle in December 2021 and the complaints raised about the vehicle to be resolved. Let me list few of the details of complaints first - 1. A/C not cooling properly - (A/C conked off as per Service) 2. Brakes wobbling ( Brake pads changed as per Servicing) 3. Window glass not working in between ( Winding work done during servicing) Recently I travelled outstation with my family and my vehicle was not starting for some time and this has been a problem throughout in the journey and persisting. After it started, the vehicle display had some indicators on with something related to Engine, Few of the additional indicators are listed below, 1. The Electronic Brake Distribution fault. 2. Low Washer fluid (in spite of the washer being filled) 3. Low beam lamp failed. 4. Along with other indicators indicating problem with engine ( The video and pictures of the indicators already forwarded to Wasan motors Manager on whatsapp) My Head lamps stopped working completely and I was driving on fog lamps and Hazard lights in pitch dark roads with family. The A/C has stopped working completely after service ( which was at least cooling during long drives), The windows stops rolling in between causing similar problem raised before servicing. Brakes still wobbling mean complaint not addressed at all. During every service, I have raised an issue in heating indicator since purchase of vehicle, on which this time again as per your Service advisor had informed that you all have already checked the Vehicle on the computer and has no fault, for which I have been charged. I have requested for the the service report of that check performed by wasan motors. With such service they have informed my A/C has conked off. When i requested to cover it under extended warranty, they are not covering for missing out service during Covid. I spent around 31,000/- for servicing for all the complaints and additional service which was required as per their schedule servicing in December. But, it is pathetic to see the kind of service provided which is incompetent and unprofessional. Imagine TATA Hexa which is supposed to be one of TATA's premium vehicles showing multiple disfunction with starting problems throughout the journey. With the vehicle response I could make out there is some electronic issue which has not been addressed at all and they have done winding of windows and routine servicing without knowing the root cause of the problems in the vehicle and charging unnecessarily for non required Jobs. It is a shame on the kind of servicing provided and later they are quick to blame the customers and are prompt in responding that the vehicle may not be covered under warranty or Insurance. Who is responsible for such irresponsible service done after paying so much for servicing. Who is going to pay for all the nuisance and mental agony caused throughout. I had asked the advisor after service if they have checked the vehicle on road to test, and he informed that we perform test for at least for 10 kms. The vehicle was not even driven for 1 Km during service. They will be having the reading on the exit of vehicle. For a complaint raised for brakes, they don't even take the matter seriously. For such callousness shown if there is a major accident caused, is Wasan motors or TATA going to take the responsibility?? Do they even imagine the seriousness?? Don't they even have a system to even identify if the head lamps are gone? If this is your brand service, then why should we be servicing our car in a service centre. Road side garage shall also deliver similar service. Its a complete sorry state. I want this to be escalated to your highest authority. Kindly make a note of it and hope some professionalism prevails.
