★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a Army personnel and want to purchase Altroz car through CSD. The staff is not able to explain to customer about car variants. The staff explain me about Altroz XM model which was not displayed in showroom. XM + model is upgraded model and more features rather than XM. The head of department is requested to intimate availability of XM plus model by 27 September 21.

You have to force them to explain and they didn't give appropriate information about the discounts as what happens to us they hide corporate discount on vehicle and they get it in their own pocket and also not given demo of vehicle functions and also delay in providing RC and so on.....

Customer is treated well when they have to sell their products but after that for receiving documents of the same product customer has to visit several times & has to return empty handed & with shear disappointment due to negligence from people present at the showroom as they are not at all cooperative. I don't wanna reveal the names of staffs but still I feel the services need to improve otherwise the brand value of TATA might loose it's importance in this competitive market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata is very good brand with good products but good things need to be handled with same level of customer service then only it gets its brand value.
I am still in a pipeline to get my car but their customer service is such a high level of blunder and unsatisfactory that sometimes i get fearful when i think about post delivery services.
If you want to buy car then you have to do everything from top to bottom to get it because there staff never call or inform about the latest update on car.
Just because of my love for tata i am still working to get my car on time otherwise i would have switch to any other brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two vehicles from here and my experience about this place was nice. Staffs here are very cooperative. They have good knowledge about the vehicles that they can explain you easily. But yes one thing I want to say that if you buy any vehicle from here then please check your vehicle properly before delivery.
