★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since we all know 'T' in Tata stands for Trust and booking a car from this dealership as they claimed Tata's Authorised Dealers in Andheri West I feel I lost that Trust on Tata.
Since Tata comes with good CNG vehicle in market I have booked a Tigor CNG on 5Th February 2022 with Inderjeet Motors. Before even come for booking the Executive Naresh Rana has insisted me taking regular followup whether I am coming for booking a vehicle or not.
On 5Th February 2022 I have booked Top End Variant of Tigor CNG and booking was handled by one of his team member Sujata Vengurlekar and the lady informed me that waiting period is 6-8 weeks for delivery. And promised me to deliver the vehicle on 02 April 2022 as I requested since it was my father's birthday.
After booking is done the Executive and his Team Leader literally started ignoring me. I have been following in up with both them for booking progress and it was kept on informed me that booking is well in progress and deliver my vehicle on expected date.
Since these guys are not responding properly I also need to visit Showroom to catch hold Showroom Manager on that Day Mrs. Sujata literally stopped us to do that answered in very rude manner that we will inform you once your vehicle comes at Inderjeet's warehouse. It was very rude behaviour I don't understand does Tata instruct their staff to behave rudely with customer or not.
Later on I have contacted showroom manager with help of one of my friend since on his recommendation I have booked this vehicle from Inderjeet Motors Andheri. Showroom manger Mr. Francis assures me that they receive Chasis No. And Engine No. By 19Th April 2022. Again no update on same day then later informed me by 30Th April 2022 Tata Motors do the Billing of my Vehicle.
On 30Th April 2022 he asked me to take delivery of other colour than my original booking which is received by the dealership. Means no sign of my booking and just to keep my mouth shut probably the dealership will delay vehicle of another customer. Rolling of the vehicle is going on
Today I have to write all of this experience as I am waiting for vehicle for past 3 months and yet no sign of delivery of my vehicle. And probably it will not come by this month end as well so beware customers while booking the vehicle from this dealership. Please make sure do not deal with this dealership and especially that lady Sujata Vengurlekar as she is the most rude mannerless executive I have came across.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had short listed car with them and just had to pay the initial amount . Being a Saturday I told them I would like to pay on Tuesday being an auspicious day .. they agreed . On same Saturday evening I called Mr frances to inform him about the price hike he said that's not the concern at all you come on Tuesday we will charge you the same.. I trusted him n rather then booking car near my place in town I waited . I even mentioned if that's not possible on Tuesday I'm willing to pay today but he confirmed that he will take care of it as the price hike is hardly 3 to 4 k and its manageable. On Tuesday I was constantly getting calls since morning to Pau up the amount and as promised I reached showroom at 5.30 and I was waiting for nearly two hours since they had no one to attend and said they were busy.. then why did they call us? After two hours or waiting I was told that the car prices have hiked to 12 k and I have to bare the difference amount .. trusting Mr Frances I waited and thus is what we got .. and he was convincing me that he would give me something worth 4 k which anyways all dealers give .. honestly horrible experience with the whole thing .. the excitement of bying car had vanished .. they don't value clients .. I got much better service at chembur branch n I wouldn't mind paying the difference to other dealers who value clients . But happy that I eneded up not paying .if they can be so careless without paying I'm sure the post purchase service would be worse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have delightful experience with Inderjit cars Pvt Ltd from our booking to delivery.. we have booked Nexon EV with Mr. Vikas back in June. Since then Vikas had updated us with the information about the status of Nexon delivery as it's affected by Govt. Subsidy policy. The entire team at Inderjit cars is very cooperative and know what they are doing. As rightly termed today by Vikas We are foreign customer for them as today we have visited their showroom for the first time. All our communication was through calls or whatsapp.. Once again thank you Vikas and Team Inderjit cars for all your support and making our buying process seamless. We would recommend anyone who is in process to buy to wants to know more about EV to get in touch with Vikas at Inderjit cars Pvt Ltd Andheri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is on the road opposite Infinity mall Andheri, the road has become congested due to the metro work on progress. Please make a note of this while searching.
The showroom is not huge but is big enough to give the feel of all Tata cars.
The staff is courteous and even the security staff is amiable.
Please make a call before visiting in these CoVid19 times.

From test drive to car delivery.... every process, every query & every request was handeld by them with humbleness..
Special thanks to Mr. Francis and Mr. Mishra for taking extra efforts to provide the car delivery as per schedule.. and being so polite inspite of me irritating them every now and then..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was at its level best, only until the time I signed the final papers at the time of delivery. Post the signing the papers, it felt like we were kicked out of the showroom. We had opted for some additional accessories, which were of real bad quality. The next day itself it had started peeling out. Mr. Francis, Showroom Supervisor had promised to get it fixed but after the committed date, he has stopped responding to our calls.
Till date we haven't received the pictures that were clicked by the showroom staff while taking the delivery of car. Seems it was just a tick mark activity done by the showroom to show management or a process to follow. They do not care about your customer sentiments. Just re think before finalizing your TATA dealer.
