β β β β β Thank you for arranging all in short time. Thanks to Dip for being very proactive and helpful in documentation and customer handling.. Though we were expecting some Baisakhi / Poila boishakh offers / additional accessories from the showroom but nevertheless the overall experience was good.

β β β β β i purchased new tata car last year. my case was handling by mr pinaki bose. he is the guy who become so confused while handling the money. also he wants to put pressure on the customer that customer is making mistakes in counting. its so annoying. he is a good guy, but he needs to improve this behavior. his collogues are very friendly, later they found that mistakes and felt sorry for that. sometimes being humble in critical situation is a very crucial factor. but in this situation his tone got changed. he gave all the information and update all cases time to time. in this case, i give him 10 out of 10. but when it is question of money, he gets confused. at the time of delivery there was still a difference of around 3k. but i was tired debating with him.
but still i would prefer suman dutta, who is the sales person in same barasat branch. he is a genuine guy.
my experience was so so...i hope behavior should improve before handling clients.

β β β β β Polite behaviour of all staff and co-operate with customer . Dip Saha and Sumon Dutta are nice persons and have polite behaviour with customer. They help me to choose the car which is suitable to my budget.Thanks to them and Overall experience was excellent.

β β β β β Tata is my favorite car. I bought a Tiago NRG from Lexus Motor.Indrajit Dattagupta helped me a lot to get the car. I am very happy to use it.But I'm not happy with Lexus Motor's specially about their service charge. One more thing I will tell everyone. No one should buy Accessories from Lexus Motors.

β β β β β We have connection with Lexus motors for last 6 years. This is my second buy from this showroom. I have bought Tata Punch accomplished model. Truly the responsiveness and humble attitude of DEEP SAHA has been exceptional, apart from being so, he managed to look into even smaller details. I personally thank him and wish him good luck. Though the showroom is undergoing renovation,so it's a bit messy, but staffs are very good and efficient.
