★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse customer service, workshop is not at all TATA level. They can't identify the problem during waranty, complaint couldn't solve in 1 year. As soon as warranty over they give estimate of 70k to solve the same complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second free service at Parin motors Rajkot. Tata cars BS6 needs DEF to be added on regular basis. The company says to refill DEF authorized service centre's only. But look at the service they have provided for the same. They spilled the DEF all round my trunk. And have nit bothered to clean it. I am satisfied by the service at Parin Motors, Rajkot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s the worst experience ever they do not have any courtesy to talk with customers or how to deal with. They except your advance and then Later on they come up with cheap trikes and ask more money.
Here we are buying our happiness not for the argue over something very silly trikes
It’s very simple thing they are here to business but they do not have bit of the business courtesy at all.
We are unlucky to have such Tata motors dealer in our city.
