★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below star ranking should be given. This showroom doesn't fulfill requirement and only makes the people fool. They only speak lie. I have booked tata nexon at mid jan. They promised for end march to supply my order. But they cannot do at time and they donot inform me. I have been totaly disappointed from TATA. Today they told me that you will get your car in aug month. Now I am going to cancel my order. I suggeat dont go with TATA. They makes people fool only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service customer is treated as a liability. May be new customer gets a better deal. Customer is handled in a very unprofessional manner. I visited the dealership for the third time and experience is bad to worse. I told this to the staff also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Services and Poor Customer Handling ... I booked Tata Punch in the first week of Dec'21 and they committed to give me by mid Jan'22 as it was needed for marriage purposes. But they could not provide it by the given timelines and also not responding to the calls and I visited to showroom multiple times for the extended times as they stopped answering the calls. Finally, i decided it to cancel the booking and I did that. Since Feb'22, they have not given me refund of cancelling the booking. Same stories repeated no answers to the call and no solution on visits. I would suggest to rethink before dealing here as it might be troublesome for you as well. Thanks!

I went here for my car service after owning second hand Tata Tiago! And trust me, people over there, mechanics, staff (special thanks to Mrs Sheena) helped me a lot! Overall, it was a great experience and the mechanics told me what I need to change and what not to help me from getting looted by other mechanics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 3. I had very bad experience. In 2nd service my car was badly washed even my society cleaner cleans better.
SA was inexperienced. Didn't find experienced mechanic. Took more time expected.
They will call you to reach by 9 but even by 9.30 service centre remains non functional
Car owners pls don't visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and easily accessible showroom on main road, though parking would be a issue here.
The staff is good, but not easily approachable most of the times, they usually don't pickup calls after booking.
Would recommend to keep regular follow by visiting in person to the showroom.
In short: only do bookings here if you live nearby, otherwise give try to other TATA showrooms.
Pros: accessibility, clean restroom, hospitality
Cons: No parking space

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enthusiasm of sales person was not that good. They were ready to answer and question but not energetic to sell the products or showing interest in customers. However, they never misbehaved or did anything wrong. They was not Tata Tiago CNG available for test drive but top model CNG was present in display. They also have attached workshop which has capacity of 2 lifts. Overall it was a Okayish experience.
