★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This service centre is full of scammers.
I serviced my car day before yesterday.
They gave me estimated cost of 10,500 rs.
And the bill they gave was 16,500 rs.
Also once they said me change the clutch plate because there was problem in gear shifting, and after three days they called me and told the transmission cable has broken so you have to give 2500 extra of that, Basically the problem was with cable but they made me change whole clutch plate and charged 20,000 rs for clutch plate even when it was in decent condition.
This time they said we have to change brake pads, i told them they have been changed last time still they made me changed, then i done research that average life of brake pads is 25 to 30k kms, still they changed it at 15k kms and charged 3000rs for that (no hard braking done)
even changing rear wiper Blade is as expensive as 1500rs from which part costs 1000rs and 500rs is labour charge for fitting a wiper blade, seriously dude i can fix it in a minute.
And the work is so slow, this time i told them to return the car on same day, i gave car at 9 am and still they gave me car at 6.45 pm and i was waiting from 5 pm.
IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY NEVER SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE.
THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO LOOT YOU.
IF POSSIBLE PLEASE CONSIDER GOING TO B.U. BHANDARI SERVICE CENTRE.
Vidyut motors SUCKS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll change the rating once my issues have been resolved. They make u wait for long time, charge u a hefty amount, no callback for the damage they caused to my car windscreen. Only promises, no action yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On september 2018 i had gone to volkwagen car service centre for the brake pad issue theysaid that u should change front two tyres and i did that according to their references and i also asked about warranty of tyres they told 5 yrs warranty i also told them i want warrtycard but they said we are giving u bill and that is enough in this 6 month of lockdown the car was in parking and now theiris one bubble on left tyre i called to company service centre they told to bring tyre but this is not possible bcos iam 60 km far from service area and now they are telling that ur tyre isnot under warrnty each n everything they are refusing giving so many excuses
Vidyut Motors sales representatives only suggested unnecessary works volkswagen fully hopless work shop in town

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic customer service I have ever experienced.
No value or respect to the customer.
Staff treatment was like they were doing some kind of "Upkar" On you.
This is nothing but some kind of money extortion center cause they do not support you to carry the very minor checks of vehicle.
In my case, car's infotainment system got locked after replacing the battery and When i visited the vidyut motores, they ask me to pay to get that pass code.
While my hometown dealer is ready to do it for free.
Sadly have to say, If such things continues this ship is going to sink very soon.
Simply do not recommend this place to anyone else at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No signs of improvement even after suggestions. As I had no other options, I was forced to have services at this Vidyut Motors three times. All three times I was not satisfied with the staff behaviour and the core competency, no signs of service carried. I will give 5 stars to BU Bhandari when compared to Vidyut for services, as I had one service with the previous dealer. I suggest customer not to waste money at this centre for service, rather go for better local service centers

I would like to inform Volkswagen that they should change there service manager of Volkswagen shivajinagar pune..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased my Jetta from VW Vidyut Motors when it was the only and first dealer in town. They maintained my vehicle pretty fairly for the first few years and I moved to the other dealer BU Bhandari for the following reasons. :-
1. Rude service advisors.
2. Forgetting to do important and scheduled activities on my car. They did not replace my DSG Gearbox Oil when it was due and never replaced VW brake fluid as per schedule. This is serious negligence to my product.
3.Service centres do not provide Job Estimates even after multiple requests.
4. Technical Team is not sound and rarely fixed Electrical Issues like Cruise Control faults etc and in reality it was a minor wire cut. A little effort and they could have solved my issues.
5. Fake practices like not changing parts and billing you for it. Some known relatives have spotted counterfeit parts.
6. Vidyut Motors did not change my Rear Discs and this was found out by me recently as my car was bought in 2009, manufactured in 2008 and in 2017 when I was told to change all Suspension Parts along with All Discs. They even sent home 4 Old discs. But only two have been replaced.
But I must mention special thanks to Mr. Vishwajeet and Mr. Kishor, the only two Service Advisors who have been decemt to me all these years in this dealership.
Don't trust any dealership blindly. Keep your eyes open and follow your owners manual. My VW Jetta is currently at 84000kms, without any major breakdowns. It's now 11 years old but I still find it one of the safest car brands we've driven.
But avoid them, BU Bhandari is a way better dealership.
